Frequently Asked Questions

Are water bikes safe?
Yes, they are safe, stable, and durable. They are recognized as more stable and durable than kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards due to their size and design: they are practically impossible to capsize and are unsinkable.

Is it easy to ride?
Yes! All you need to do is pedal and steer the handlebars in the desired direction. Our bikes eliminate the balance aspect of a traditional bicycle, meaning anyone can ride them without needing special skills or abilities.

What are the requirements/qualifications for riding a water bike?
No skills or qualifications are necessary to ride with us. You do not need to know how to swim or ride a land bicycle. Please note that swimming or docking the bike is not allowed at any time during the tour. For your safety, it is mandatory to wear a life jacket throughout the entire trip.

What is the weight restriction?
Our water bikes have a weight restriction of 450 pounds.

Do minors (under 18 years old) need to be accompanied by an adult (18+)?
Yes, minors need to be accompanied by an adult.
